Pet Transport FAQ

How many pets do you transport at one time?

The number varies for every trip and we disclose said numbers once hired by the customer.

How many states do you service?

We service about 35-40 States in the United States.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes we offer 10 percent off the quoted trip with proof of Military I.D., Dependent I.D., Retire or Veteran Affairs I.D. Or redacted DD214.

How often do you send updates?

We send updates every 3-4 hours with proof of video or pictures during the day. We do not send updates after 10 pm-6 am while resting. Inclement weather or spotty coverage areas may affect updates as well.

What is the process for booking a trip for my fur pal?

Please go to our “contact us” page which allows our potential or returning clients to fill out all the requested information for booking. Are you USDA certified?

Yes, we are certified by USDA and register with our CLASS T as well.

Do you provide GPS tracking services while during transport?

We do provide GPS tracking for apple device users if requested. If GPS tracking stops working during trip for any reason, please kindly remind driver via text communication line.

How much does it cost for pet relocation?

For ground pet transport we quote roughly between $0.30- $0.50 per mile. Pet breeds and size are also considered when providing a quote. Our availability is based off “First come, First Serve” as our spots are limited for safety reasons. Air transport is calculated at a different rate, please inquire for rate.
